"I had a power outage and my generator would not fully engage. I’ve had problems with it in the past. It can be temperamental. Regardless, I was advised by the manufacturer to call an electrician. I called RSK. they came out and the generator fired right up. Despite only being here less than 10 minutes, I was charged a full hour fee. I realize they were within the rights to do so, but they could have given me a break, which Scott refused to do. Human decency has gone out the window. I won’t use them again."

Not only did he do the requested job, but he went above and beyond to go through the house twice to make sure it was absolutely safe before restoring the power back to the property. This was a second floor fire. And Scott made sure to check all three levels of the property. I can’t speak highly enough about Scott and RSK Electric!
