"Found the owner to be rude, uncaring and irresponsible. There was ZERO communication throughout the time we used the agency. "Caregivers" did not complete the required tasks, with one caregiver even lying about having done things that were not done. We have cameras throughout the home for the safety of the client and can verify the lies. Sent people (nurses) to the home with no appointment, and were unable to accommodate the hours of care we actually needed. Out of pocket costs are very high, and caretakers are paid very little, especially in comparison."
