"The Sacred Heart Church is a modern Church built 32 years ago to replace the old original Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Washington St. There is a large parking lot with handicap parking available. Handicap accessibility is through front entrance with handicap seating near front entrance at the side of the alter. The Church has a baby crying room and bathrooms in area of the rear parking lot entrance lobby area. The Sacred Heart School is attached with it's gym used for Church events and overflow seating for large mass gatherings. The rectory with Church offices, is next to the Church in a beautiful historic house with attached chapel. Attached to the Church is the original historic carriage house which now houses the St. Vincent de Paul charitable food pantry, helping those in need of food for many years. Father John is a fantastic priest who has been at Sacred Heart Church for over 20 years. Father John's Mass homilies are always a joy to listen to and always speaks to life's issues and how God is always there for us. Sacred Heart Church welcomes all."
