"UPDATE: I think you guys need to do something about ol girl that works the front desk (Beverly post office) She is ALWAYS on her phone and makes you wait once you come in so she can finish whatever she is doing. And I’ma say SHE DONT DO HER JOB THE RIGHT WAY. MADE THIS MOVING EXPERIENCE THE WORST CAUSE HE DIDNT DO HER JOB. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST SMH Trying to figure out why y’all DONT answer the phone and you make people waste their time driving all the way there just to see the chick sittin at the front talking on her phone. Smh y’all really need to do something with her EVERYTIME I come there she’s on the phone. We can’t walk up to there talking on the phone but we can walk up to the front while the WHOLE time she’s talking on here’s hmmmm nope"

"I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future."

"I always go here and they are very nice people. They work with you and help you above and beyond. update: 5/30/2020 i have been coming here for years. Now with this pandemic I still dont have a bad experience for them. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days and it took 2 weeks to get there. I know everything is going to be delayed but I wanted to know what was going on. They helped and still go above and beyond for me. they have been good to me."

"Everytime my husband & I go there, we always have to wait in a long line & there is always one person working & their system is always down which makes the wait time even longer. They are also rude & don't help much when we ask them something. They need to step up their game."
