"Poor customer service. Mainly by Johnna, Logan and Theresa. 1. Theresa gave poor information on what form of payment was needed. 2. My old passport was folded on a few corners(it’s 11yrs old) so they deemed it damaged to ultimately charge me more money. 3. When I disposed the condition of the passport Joanna and Logan joked and laughed “saying is he kidding “ 3. When asked simple questions Logan would give an attitude like we are suppose to know these things already. A ton of other things occurred that I just don’t have the time or energy to put into words. Just an overall bad experience. The rest of the staff was great and I could feel their frustrations for me."

"Called to verify a few things for my passport renewal. Spoke with Judy and she was phenomenal, was able to answer every question in a matter of a 3 minute conversation. Thank you for being a great customer service representative!"

"I want to give a huge shoutout to Irene (Who I believe is the supervisor at this location). I had an issue with my passport application regarding my signature and she truly went above and beyond to get this issue rectified. She took steps she did not have to take to ensure that I was able to complete my application in time for an important upcoming trip. You don’t usually have county workers like this so I wanted to give a special shoutout to Irene. Awesome work and thank you so much."

"Pretty inefficiently ran. They need a better system or atleast take appointments. There were already close to 50 people on line this Saturday morning when we got there at 10:00am. When we got to the front of the line at 11:30 they told us it was would be another hour. Waited until 2:00 and when I went to see how much longer they really had no idea. We left. I got a call at 3:00 that it was our turn. Most of the people on line were families with young children needing passports, so to have them wait close to 5 hours in a desolate mall is outrageous. Figure out a better estimation of wait time. It can’t be that hard. Definitely do not recommend going on a Saturday. I can’t really imagine the weekdays being this bad but I have no idea."

"It's conveniently located in the Mall. Staffs are quite helpful. They can take your ID photos on site, which costs $45 though. When we went there, it was not busy so there was no waiting time."
