"I had the best experience when acquiring this storage space. The manager onsite is excellent with great people skills and understand what the customer needs is and helps accordingly. He helped me understand the policy and the general rules of the storage, and asked me to call him if ever have question or require any assistance. They will be renovating the outside to match the other newer storage units. I think this place is great specially with the help of the manager. Thanks"
"Ryan is the ABSOLUTE best! I was having a panic attack at the idea of having to clear out my storage unit on such short notice.. He talked me through the options I had and helped me secure the best choice for me. He called and followed up with me a week later. His customer service was AMAZING. I have never been to a storage unit facility where someone actually cared about helping. He gave me all the information I need and was able to accommodate me on such short notice. 10 out of 10 I would recommend! Ask for Ryan when you go because he truly is a god sent Angel with the patience of a saint!"
