Clementon Lake Plaza post office

"I thought it was just me until I read some other reviews. I have been in the area now for 2 years and am confident I have the worst mailman on earth. He regularly refuses to deliver my mail, claiming that the mailbox is blocked. I will get a rubberband full of mail when he finally decides to deliver with the words written "box block" and a number of dates that I guess he could not just pull up to my box and reach his arm out to deliver my mail. Yesterday I literally watched him drive past my mailbox straight to my neighbor's and my car was in no way blocking my box. My family has suggested reporting him several times and I should have especially after instances where I had a check being mailed that was never delivered and an Amazon package that was marked lost because the date it was supposed to be delivered was a day he marked "box block" and never delivered my mail. That package had items for my son's graduation that I never received. How do you get a job, get paid to do a job and simply decide you will only do it on your terms and at your leisure? I promise it will not kill you if you actually have to leave your van / truck to deliver some mail, sir. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I do as much electronically as I can but there are still some things out of my control that are sent via mail. It's sad and disappointing. Please do better."

"I had a postal item which was misdirected to this post office. Unfortunately, they were unable to hand it over the counter to me, but they promised delivery the following day. I received the item in a timely manner and was grateful for the help and advice I received from the very pleasant staff at this post office."

Just remember the post office send you all the boxes and some supplies for FREE. Send directly to your house just for doing business with them. Always try to help support your local business near you."

"A lot of parking. Laurdry mat was clean . Very Big Washers and big dryers. The bigger the Washer You use the More is Cost to wash. Its cost- .35cents per 8mins., to dry. And the United States Post Office in the Plaza to Is Very Clean the Postal Clerk was Very Nice and Helpful to Explain what I needed to do. To get my Package."

"Whoever owns this plaza needs to have someone clean it. There's trash everywhere. There was a trash can near the Dollar General but it's gone. It would also be nice to go there and not be approached by people begging for money and cigarettes. I've helped a lot of people but I do not have the money to help them all."
