"1st class package says delivered but nowhere to be found. Apparently, it must have been delivered to the wrong address!!!! Not the first time this has happend or that I have received others mail"

"I’m reading a lot about staff being rude but I go there frequently to ship clothes/shoes I sell online..and both the man and young lady are very helpful. I even was regrettably rude to the lady once and had to go back to apologize for my mistake…she was super kind with the whole thing big reason I chose this as my choice postal office."

"This post office is always rude and un helpful if doesn’t matter who is working. You need to tape a label to a box or bag make sure your ready to have to buy a roll of tape because got forbid they give you two pieces of tape to attach a label to a package. Drive the extra 3 minutes to lawnside post office they’re always helpful and kind."

"As a former letter carrier and a veteran, I DO NOT APPRECIATE my certifieds/recorded delivery's not attempted but lie and said there were attempts. I DEPEND on my medication and I am always waiting to sign for my medication and urgent test results sent by my doctors. I am not cool with this and trying to file a local complaint. I was sitting waiting particularly for an imporant notice for over a week to get to me, only to LIE and said there was an attempt I was a letter carrier and I get it, but DO NOT DO THIS TO VETERANS. They know I am a veteran by the massive letters, mail, boxes and stuff I get delivered to my apartment. I AM NOT COOL AND WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT TODAY."

"Carriers walk across the lawn messing up the landscaping, deliver soaked mail/packages when it rains (before it ever gets in the mailbox), and sometimes do not deliver at all (dropped off at wrong address or "Could not find address??" which I later found out from the Sommerdale PO that it meant they ran late and went home for the day/night). I'll change the rating if we can go just one year without one of those things happening."
