"The supervisor Ryan gave me the best service I ever experienced in any post office. He was very kind, patient, diligent. He was reassuring. When they called him to come out to assist he appeared immediately. Thank you, Ryan, for being there when I needed your assistance ☆☆☆☆☆"

"I rarely use this location and it will be my last.i was in area that’s why I stopped in. I took a package there to ship. It cost $6. I gave her $20 bill. I was told we don’t take large bills! I said a $20 is a large bill?? we just opened no change. It was 10:30 , they open 8:30. I had to use my credit card to ship the package. Ridiculous! They are all rude there and have attitudes. I’ll stick to my little post office in Glendora. They are nice and take cash!!"

"Horrible customer service, before we get in we saw an old lady leaving with out getting help. My appointment was 11:00 I came 10:15 before my appointment . I was waiting this whole time to process my passport and in the end this ( white woman with blond curly hair) said take out your application once I opened everything she refused and said oh your late I was waiting for her in front of her desk for almost an hour before my appointment such a rudeness women I asked her to speak with her supervisor and she refused to let me speak with him saying that he left already I would not recommend any one coming to this post office once you literally can get help in other locations in the best way with willingness to help you"

"WORST POST OFFICE AROUND!!!! They lost a package that I had tracking info for. It cost me over $15 to send a small box and they only scanned it in. They never scanned it out and when I went to find out what happened, the supervisor wouldn’t even come out from the back. The girl at the front was totally clueless. Had no explanation, no empathy, and no solution. She had the audacity to tell me that she didn’t know how I could file a claim because she never Mailed a package UPS ground. What??? Are you kidding me?? You work there. That is your job. You mean to tell me that you could get a job at the US Postal Service and not have any clue about The mail process? Unbelievable. They never answer the phone, they don’t care, they are rude, They could care less about your problems with your mail. Stay away from this post office and drive to another one if you don’t want valuable packages lost, and never delivered."

"I would not recommend anyone coming to this post office if you need to get a passport. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment due to a car accident on the Atlantic City high way. I explained the situation and she still refused to see me (white woman with blond curly hair). I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to let me speak with him stating he left already even though other employees eyes averted in the direction where he was located. She gave me his and name and the office number but stated she did not know his email address. She cut me off mid conversation every time I tried to talk. This is the worse place to try and get your passport if you run into any issues that are out of your control. She has no compassion or sympathy. To make matters worse. It only takes 15 minutes to process a passport. Worse post office ever…."
