"Everytime you call them ,they say they can't help"
"What a waist of help. All these people do is constantly give you the run around got all the excuses in the world why they can't help you but these are the people we put in position when we vote my questions is why vote when u constantly being turned away for basic help that you are qualified for. How many of got ripped off by liheap this year and it's being swept under the rug by them constantly lien saying your missing documents with your application and you sent the correct information in over and over then you go to your local city council for help and they give you the run around saying they have no control over liheap. Like this city is full of buildings and people with no real resources or help no answer everything is your fault your problems no one takes accountability for nothing at these offices. We are without gas n hot water because theree people are incompetent and don't do they jobs right so now we gotta suffer because they just basically lied n refuse to give you funding that you qualify for using the lie saying your papper work is missing. Lies all lies. And corruption."
