"Do not buy a mobile home here, I had to move here at a desperation.I still have all the paperwork proving.They never owned the mobile home when they sold it to me.It was still in the name of person named Gene Martin no relation, I purchased the home in 2011 and it was still titled in his name since 1989, They did predatory lending charge me illegal interest, When you're desperate and have nowhere to go, You do what you have to. I had a stay because I had no.Where else to go, And they refused to give me my money back.They did an illegal eviction.I have the eviction notice for the person ,Gene Martin They had to put an eviction in for him Stating he and not paid his rent for the month of may and june 2013 Even though? I was living there from 2011 , paying rent and mortgage payments To be able to get the title on abandonment. He had not lived there for over 10 yrs, Also, these mobile homes, they claim they're all remodeled. There is no serial numbers on them to prove they match the titles that they have. Oh yes and let's not forget the police department Is there a couple of times a week with medics for overdoses There's a lot of drugs there.just google the stories And Sits right next to a Rat hole motel , where a lot of trash lives"

Regardless of weather or conditions they manage to help a tremendous amount of people with a smile on their faces. : ) The food drive is very helpful and much more appreciated then I think they get credit for.
