"Long Story Short: Do not recommend. Go elsewhere. Timing has become more restrictive since getting a unit. Used to be 24 hour access and changed to business hours, which conflicts with most people's work schedule. Price jumped up $30 even with less hours for access without no further explanation. They basically try to get you in the door, then it's hell to deal with whatever adjustments they make when they feel like it. Clearly based on their generic responses to feedback already given and no improvements, they don't really care about doing better. Just save yourself the headache and frustration - there are other places in the area. Edit - Just me again to say my previous review was a year ago and the price has indeed jumped up another $30 with still limited access hours. Edit - Just me again to say that my previous review was 6 months ago and the price is increasing another $30+ (That's right - if you're tracking, the unit I am renting is now DOUBLE the monthly rent from when I first started renting, and this is the SECOND price jump this year. Luckily my stuff is almost out and my agreement will be terminated before this last hike goes into effect. Praise be.)"

"The facility is new and has security cameras throughout. The location allows for relatively easy pick and drop off and they have a small parking lot. Shakirah went above and beyond. She is well versed with the entire process from pricing, contracting, insurance and able to give us pro tips."

"Shakira and the manager (Al, I think is his name) are so pleasant and helpful. They do a great job keeping the building clean and orderly. The customer service is really great too! My only issue with this place is that access isn’t 24/7 but it’s still worth it to me to keep storing here."

"I started renting in early 2021. Since then, my monthly rent has increased twice (over a 25% increase in less than a year). On top of that, they decreased the hours of access and the doors were pretty consistently broken.. I've written to them as it feels powerless to accept this injustice. No response. I've notice their replies to other 1-star reviews are platitudes, not solutions. What could possibly be the reasoning behind raising the rates so dramatically? Anyone else experiencing this? June update: I moved out. No response from corporate. This place sucks"
