Created by a passionate team of over 30 artists and community members, this mural is more than just an art piece; it's a celebration of nature and a call to appreciate the environment we share. As you walk along this mural, you’ll encounter beautifully illustrated scenes featuring local flora and fauna, including the elusive sturgeon, playful Bufflehead ducks, and a lush array of plants like Freshwater Mussels, Brown Eyed Susans, Pickeral Weed, Scarlet Maple, and Cattails.

The mural's narrative, written by Sarah McAnulty of Skype a Scientist, invites you to explore and learn about the wildlife residing in our midst. Whether it's the daily sights at Penn Treaty Park or the more hidden treasures of the river, the mural encourages a deeper connection with our natural surroundings.
