I felt supported and clear on accessing my unit, understanding the contract and provided timeline extensions to meet my needs. This was the first time I have used a storage facility and will be coming back to this location specifically because of my experience with Tyshawn."

"I lost the keys to my storage space, but Tiffany to the rescue. Mistakenly, I expected it to be a quick and easy process. Not at all, the store manager had to pull out the welding gear to get me access to my storage space. It actually increased my confidence in cube smart, as I now know it will take more than a master key to access my valuables..."

"I have to agree with ALL the reviews! The staff at CubeSmart are friendly during move in. However, once moved in the unprofessionalism is unhinged. My fiancé and I rented at CubeSmart for 11 months and were subjected to three price increases. Serena and Keysha are both very hostile, unpleasant, unapproachable service providers. Due to the harassment from the staff I moved out- my fiancée decided he would rent in his name to remove the target off of us. During his move in Serina advised my fiancée “no one associated with her can rent from here she’s banned” which was false. So he moved in anyway- The day before thanksgiving I stopped by our unit- Serina as always- loud and unpleasant; obnoxiously started targeting me via loud speaker. She proceeded to leave the office and make her way to my storage unit to ask me “is there a problem” and then she threatened to evict me. I came to the office to be “evicted” and she wouldn’t allow me into the office. She advised Keysha was about to “clock out” I assume to get physically with me. After that experience my fiancée asked me to stop going to storage facility alone. Within two months of him renting a unit in his name: he was retaliated by way of price increase. So he downsized- after downsizing we cleared out the larger unit. The staff was calling us so much we changed our cell phone numbers. The STAFF CALLED MY MOMS HOUSE PHONE: explaining the larger unit was unlocked. My Mom advised the staff it’s unlocked because it’s vacant. Explain to us why Serina locked accessed to the PAID smaller Unit and attempted charge for the larger Unit when she was advised in office that we vacated the larger unit? During a recent visit I had to call the emergency line and get an emergency code to access my PAID UNIT! 11 months, 3 units, 3 prince increases, a threat to fight me, and 1000 unwanted calls later, I am writing this review to say rent anywhere else but here."
