"Really unbelievable how frequently they misdeliver packages - ordering anything with last mile by USPS in this neighborhood is the same thing as rolling the dice (more likely to get somebody else’s mail misdelivered to us than to get our own mail). Unfortunately no real way to avoid it since this is the government, but this USPS branch is atrocious."

"Since living close to this post office the good and bad has happened. The bad is that two of my packages were lost, spent a lot of time on with the main USPS customer service and finally got a call from the Spring G post office and did get my package. Today the tracking text said my package was delivered and it was nowhere to be found. I called the Spring G post office and got a live person who told me it was there at the post office, she said she would send it out with someone now to be delivered. NOTHING came. I'm so sick of USPS, so very sick. Not only this post office's carelessness in delivering packages, but all of them, especially in Philadelphia. The worst."

"Package never arrived and the tracking said it was picked up by someone. I went to the post office and was told that all the packages from Friday and Saturday were not delivered and were incorrectly marked as picked up. Apparently I was the 5th or 6th person that morning asking about their lost package. I was told to wait another day and if I still don’t see it then file a claim. Ugh…to me it is the wasted time, effort and stress to to file a claim and place another order. This is the 2nd time this happen and I don’t even use USPS that often."

"None of the delivery drivers do their job properly. These folks have lost the key to my building several times. I’ve had packages stolen from the drivers. Instead of getting a pink redelivery slip when unable to drop off a package and taking the package back to the post office for later pick up, they will leave it in the trucks and let it ride all around Philly to be lost. Then it’s on me to report on a package that barely exists in the system. I’ve lost over $100 worth of items from these useless people. The people behind the counter have to try and explain why their coworkers behind the wheel are inept. All around pathetic and a waste of taxpayer money. Pictured are my W2s completely ripped up because they lost the key to my building for the third time. There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to describe the complete and utter disregard these people have for federally protected property."
