"My mother, little brother and little sister, have been there since 1972. Caretaker then was so caring. Now i call, to purchase, a red bow to put on grave. They were playing music, hung up on!! I cannot believe, the lack of care. Stolen vasr. It breaks my heart to know, they are not taken care of. I will file a compainy. This should not ever be overlooked. These are people, that are loved. No matter how the city changes, Still should have proper care."
"This should be zero stars. If I knew my experience would have been like this I would of buried my mother somewhere else. It must be friends and family that wrote the good reviews because this place is horrible! My mother will be gone for one whole year on the 21st and we still don’t have her stone. We were told that we would have it well before her birthday which was in December and now months later still no stone and nothing but excuses. Everything is due to Covid which is a bunch of BS! Other people that passed way after my mother already have their stones. This place is a rip off and it’s a shame to take advantage of people who are grieving. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!!"
"Horrible experience with these people. I put in a request for my son's gravesite to be leveled and that was well over a month ago. Nothing happened!! The person that is working with us, her name is Melissa. She nor the people at the cemetery know anything about anything. I was told that 3 weeks ago, my son's headstone arrived. It has yet to be installed. I called the office and the chick that works there had a whole attitude when I asked what was going on and hung up on me after she rudely asked me if there was anything else that she can help me with. If I had known that this place and staff were like this, I would've never had my son buried here. If I could give this place negative stars, I would!!"
