"Mrs dee was a great help. I enjoyed how she gave us reminders about hours and holiday closing which help me plan my next visit to drop off or pick up something. She always greeted us with a smile. Always warm and friendly. I'm happy to say I have moved into my house and no longer needed storage but I definitely recommend to all family and friends and if needed in the future. I give 5 stars for the service and appreciate Mrs. Dee. Please Show her some appreciation for a job well done. I had no issues or problem my whole stay. That's outstanding."

"It was a good experience for the 2nd time. My belongings were stored safely, and there were no issues. Ms. Dee is the best. She always greeted me with a smile, and even called me to reminded me that my payment was due if I forgot. The only drawback is that Mr. Storage is not open on Sundays. I will recommend them, and use them again, if needed."

"The staff is wonderful but I never got a chance to move my belongings due to health issues and weather and because of company policy I didn't even get a partial refund, so I'm displeased with company policies and procedures, but I found everyone that I encountered delightful"

"I don't like it. The freight elevator is so hard to open and close being a woman. I hurt my shoulders and back. It's scary and gloomy looking, and there was a dead mouse near my storage unit. Plus my unit was dirty on the floor, and the shed has a gap in it, so rodents can get in it. Also, it is on the second floor but I'm not allowed to ride the elevator. I have walk up the steps. Horrible experience. I didn't expect this experience being my first time using a storage place."
