"This post office location is wonderful. It’s clean, stays stocked, and has pleasant employees working there… all of which is why I continued to go to this location even after I relocated. My favorite employee (forgot his name but he’s usually on the right side of the counter) is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and always brightens the day a bit with his positive energy. Even when the line is long, they move relatively quickly without rushing people, which I think most of us appreciate."

"I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location yesterday from start to finish with a cashier, an older Asian looking woman with long black hair. I stopped in to ship some boxes and unknowingly used a “priority” shipping box with a”ground” shipping label and got disgustingly scolded for doing so. Admittedly, I didn’t know that I couldn’t do that so instead of advising me on what my options were, this cashier was rude towards me. Now, back story there were several people in front of me when I got in. They were all older than me and she greeted every one of them with respect and kindness even asked them if there’s anything else she could do however, not with me. After getting the right shipping equipment, I was able to drop my packages to her and even mentioned that my ink was light so it may or may not scan. At this point she becomes disgusted again, and says I can’t give you a tracking number then and this package might get there, “idk”, also says everything is all bunched together which is was not at all. It was LEGIBLE. You can read every letter and every number on the label CLEARLY. It just didn’t scan but she could’ve given me another solution. UPS REPRINTED MY LABEL for a different package after this visit. She could’ve typed in my tracking # and created a slip but chose not to help me because she was ageist. Get your customer service together and check your cashiers USPS. This is unacceptable and don’t want younger customers experiencing the same thing I did yesterday."

"Great customer service, pricing & not supplying tape is out of this P.O. hands. Most of my family & friends can not ever get in touch with their P.O. by phone...if you call they would always pick up. Yes sometime they might be busier than other days & can't give customers all the attention & time they want....do your research and have everything ready and your experience would run a lot smoother for you and the customer behind you."
