"DRIVERS DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! this place does not care about drivers and they will make you loose your next load. Customer service deserves a 0 star review, none of the phone extensions work and they'll put a kingpin lock so you wont move. The lady in the office deserves to get fired she does not care about drivers time and would look at you like your crazy when you tell her you been waiting for more than 7 hrs oh and she takes another 30 minutes to get the key to unlock your truck"
"I would give it 0 stars if I could because this place is so unorganized and unprofessional they kept us a door for more than 6hrs knowing we had a same day delivery at 4pm I let the lady at the desk know we were done getting loaded that I had been waiting for paperwork for more than an hour and she looked at me like I had 3heads and literally told me ok well let you know when it’s ready. Because of people like that us truck drivers have to suffer and lose money she really doesn’t understand or care about carriers We were first in line the day before our pick up they didn’t finish unloading until 1:50 pm and that’s not all they lock your truck so you can’t move and she took another 20 minutes because she forgot the key causing us to miss our 4pm appointment in Pa and getting stuck with the load until Monday. Carriers please don’t come here this place needs new management asap"
"This is hell, not organized, they dont know what they're doing, they forget about drivers and over 8 hours to get loaded. One girl at receiving has dementia and hold your BOLs for her. While thendriver stays pin locked for hours."
