"Horrible service Still waiting for a check sent 5 weeks ago Stopped payment of Course Never received it Still receive junk mail By the truck load And other neighbors mail happy I went Paperless Mail carrier leaves truck running And leaves lit cigarettes on private property which constitutes litter and is a finable offense They have increased Postage not sure what they do with the increase its certainly not for new trucks. Not using usps."
"Very nice and helpful people working there. (Please note that most of the bad reviews do refer to the street delivery service and NOT to the outlet itself)."
"This organization is incompetent. It's that simple. Don't bother with a temporary forwarding order -- they cannot follow directions. Additionally, we've been living at our address for over five years and they still can't find us. I regularly get "undeliverable" messages. Is it really that hard? And as several reviewers noted, don't bother trying to call to get an issue addressed. The hold time is over 1 hour and the "response" is useless -- even at "management" level. They point fingers at one another and nothing gets resolved. I don't even want to think about how much money I've lost in shipping charges for returned packages that were "undeliverable". Maybe it's a new tax. Which, if you have experienced living in Princeton with its insane and endless ways of getting money out of you, you know is entirely possible."
"It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job."
"Inefficient and bad attitude I dropped a parcel into their drop off box inside this postal office. For 4 Days, there isn't any tracking update, as if the parcel has stayed somewhere and never been moved. I went back again to ask them ( I highly doubt if they empty their parcel drop off box everyday) , their answer is " you dropped it on Monday, it is only Thursday!" They even said this is normal and the only thing I can do is to wait. Meanwhile the parcel I scheduled for pick up one day later has already been delivered. Avoid this place."
