"I hope I can give less than star. Very unprofessional and disrespectful service, missed up with my son application and were very rude answering me what to do and they kicked me out."

"Went in today to get passport for my son and the staff were very rude. I walked in and we were the only people there and was unaware that we had to fill out an application before hand. The guy was very rude to me for not filling out the application out. They have obviously updated their website after my visit because it said we could pay by credit cards and now you no longer can’t. I told the guy that the website said we could pay by credit card and he said that “their credit card system is down”. I got my passport from here few years ago and the staff were very accommodating and gave me application with no problem and I remember paying by card. I don’t know if they got a new administration or new staff but the service was dreadful! I thought the County is supposed to help its residents? Not everyone has a printer! I will no longer come here again for any passport services."

"This morning I went to the Trenton Post Office to get a new passport for my daughter because the USPS website showed that they had passport walk-in hours in the morning. When I arrived, they said that the website was incorrect and they didn't have walk-in hours on Saturdays any longer. I asked the gentlemen at the Post Office if he knew a good place to go and he recommended Mercer County Connection. I called them, they answered right away, and they told me that they could help with the passport. We drove over there and they were very friendly and incredibly helpful, especially Aida who helped us. I recommend them for getting your passport application done."

"Geart advice received while we were getting the passport renewal done (Keep old passport's safe which can be used to get a new one just in case you end up losing it ). Very friendly staff. They were quick even when it close to closing time. They have kids toys to keep them engaged whole we were waiting."
