"1 Word, NEGLIGENCE!!! Terrible! Run from this location and company. I have had a storage unit here for a few months now after falling on hard times and practically being homeless, I had $15k worth of property stolen from my unit, after they left the gates to the property wide open. No one is EVER there and they don’t take any liability. While In the process of dealing with this, and filing insurance claims, they charged me late fees like crazy. They weren’t there for weeks to even talk to. I basically don’t have anything in the unit at this point, but I think it’s crazy after denying liability they think it’s okay to charge me for protection and insurance. Prior to my break-in, I couldn’t access the property cause my gate code would not work. I spent days trying to gain access, a week later I arrive and the entrance/exit gates are WIDE OPEN. Return 4 days later and the gates are still open, and my unit has been compromised and over $15k worth of property taken. My entire life basically was in that unit. Filed police report and called company number. Returned the next day to remove my items and still the gates are wide open. No one from the service team or management has been to the property in weeks. I couldn’t imagine paying for another month without figuring out insurance and security. They now are charging me a 6 day late fee and threatening to take away my insurance, it’s starting to feel like an inside job. Complete Negligence on their behalf. I don’t understand how I can’t access my own unit during business hours, but someone can show up at any hour after business hours and steal from my unit. Their website states 24/7 surveillance but they said they only have 1 camera pointed at the entrance. But as in the video below you can see a camera pointed right at my vehicle infront of my unit… Again, the Exit gate is WIDE OPEN. And AGAIN I SAY NEGLIGENCE. Going there today to try and talk to them, let’s see if anyone is there! 6/13/2024"

"Terrible …. Go anywhere in Bordentown except here ! All they want is to collect The late fees and auction your Items off . There is no customer service. You will be lucky to ever get someone working there and it’s impossible to get a call back: They’ll call you if you miss your payment though, 4 times a day. There’s a lot of places on route 130 and 206 Besides istorage , do yourself a favor And go there"
