"We had three large poster sized photos we wanted framed. We "found" Framesmith gallery using Google maps. I looked at the reviews and they were all pretty good so we gave them a try. My spouse and I went in to figure out how we wanted these photos framed. We received lots of excellent suggestions and advice and finally picked out what we wanted for our photos after looking at many options. 4 weeks later we picked up our three framed photos and the results were even better than we expected. It was a great experience and we now have works of art in proper frames that we will enjoy for many years to come. The German shepherds are a bonus. The owner is a volunteer who trains seeing eye dogs. I think we'll stop in and visit the dogs even if we have nothing new to frame."

"I guess this business has changed since the move to the remote area of Pennington. The place is hard to find and once you get to the building there is a very small sign that is hard to read from the parking lot. We rode around a few times before locating it. I experienced very poor customer service. We selected a frame for a small print and placed the order. After waiting three weeks, I dropped in again only to be told "oh, I left you a voice message today saying that the frame you selected is no longer available." My thought ---- it took you THREE WEEKS to find this out?" I guess it was too small a job for him to give a dam about. However, he will never know if my next job is a big one because I later picked up my print and went to another framer. And the new framing store has software that both shows you what the print will look like with the selected frame and, most importantly, that the frame is in stock. I placed the order and will pick up the finished product in a week --- while paying about $25 less than the Framesmith estimate!"
