"Normally I would give this airport 4 stars but during the busy season it gets chaotic. Several flight delays and an overcrowded terminal is causing people to go crazy. We just had one woman pass out due to the heat being on. Everyone inside is sweating! This small airport isnt equipped to handle multiple flight delays and a crowded terminal."

"Flight was delayed due to weather. My boyfriend and I decided to hang at the bar while we waited. The bartender Josh was very friendly and awesome! However, the conditions were uncomfortable as there was no air conditioning on a warm night. My bf decided to go to the restaurant upstairs to get us something to eat, and by the time he came back to go through security again, they (TSA) turned him away because they were closed(?). I've never heard of an airport doing that. Not only have we been stuck here but now we've been separated while waiting for our flight. I understand the delay is out of anyone's control, but the accommodations and conditions need to be better!"

"Honestly, thought would be easiest commute and flight. Found out the hard way. Arrived 2 1/2 hours prior to flight, parking was full, 300+ cars waiting for parking spots. Once in, security was closed and forced to wait an hour until open, at this point 2 flights worth of people had to go through security at same time. Upon getting on flight someone sat in my daughters prepaid seat, attendant refused to move them. She had to sit elsewhere in back, pre-paid seat was row 6. Will stick with PHL in future, definitely a much more efficient airport."
