"I had made a phone call into the office this morning to pay my fine off and needed the docket number to pay online. In the process of the conversation Megan who identified herself as an office supervisor had remembered me as a wife beater and called me a "wife beater" saying that I was the guy who had beaten his wife 4yrs ago. I had said no that was not me your wrong and why would she say that. She simply said that she remembers me being in there for beating my wife. I had said no ma'am in no way was that me and that the situation was reversed the other way around I was the one that was beaten and attacked by my ex-wife. I was seriously offended by her comments and wanted to know who she was in regards to the office she said she was a supervisor. I demanded to speak to someone else and to get an apology from her for her rude comments which she never gave me. I don't know who the hell hires these people but she needs to b fired and removed quickly from her job. Police refuse to press charges and I'm still trying to figure out how to file a complaint on her. So if u come across a Megan who works there in that office ask to speak to someone else. She needs to go from that and any other office. Worst service ever for someone who's supposed to be a professional at her job and who is employed but the people to handle there situations."
"It's basically legalized extortion. Avoid it at all cost."
"Had to pay extra costs for something I never knew about. When I asked for a breakdown of my paperwork the woman at the front gave me a paper with the total and refused to explain what exactly the other costs were. Costs are not her fault but the fact that she couldn’t explain it, especially when I had paid the fine in full and then all of a sudden it was an extra $140! Just think they could be nicer and not be so rude about explaining everything."
