"There is really nothing there but a walking trail in the woods. We were looking to cool off that day and there was of course no water in sight…We began to walk the trail and turn around after 10 minutes. We went down towards the water in in Lambertville"
"Not much rocks despite of the name implies. Muddy here there. Casual hiking trails for all age groups."
"Rockhopper Trail is a nice little hike. The woods are beautiful and there is a small stream that runs along the trail at several points."
"On my visit, about 1/2 the people on the trail were on mountain bikes. The trail are fairly easy and in good shape. You can start at southward end of Dry Run Creek for longer hike. The trails are diverse with larger rocks to go over but I wouldn't say the trail is rocky. A few muddy places and a couple of areas of roots, but generally easy trail. At some points is is very narrow with growth on both sides. It is only 1 person wide (at best). You can see where some old roads traversed the area. Looks like there is a lot of hunting in the area."
"First to get to this trail you need to cross the road. This trail has a little bit of everything. Nice forests, rocks, a few creeks and open fields. It's peaceful through the forest's and takes you to Lambertville itself. Just be aware of hunting. Check out the rock walls and old Bridge. George Washington used part of this trail on his way to the battle of mammoth."
