Situated at 140 Terry Drive, Newtown, PA 18940, our organization plays a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the capabilities of law enforcement agencies across a broad region, including Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, as well as international partners in Canada and England.

Magloclen serves as a vital resource for law enforcement professionals by offering a range of services and tools designed to combat organized crime and promote public safety. Our network facilitates collaboration and information sharing among law enforcement agencies, providing access to resources such as the RISSafe, RISSIntel, and RISS Officer Safety & Wellness platforms. These tools are instrumental in enhancing investigative capabilities, promoting officer safety, and supporting wellness initiatives.

Our leadership team is comprised of distinguished law enforcement professionals from across our service area. These include Lieutenant Colonel Daniel K. Meadows from the Delaware State Police, Captain Kyle Dombrowski from the South Bend Police Department in Indiana, Lieutenant Colonel Rosemary Chappell from the Maryland State Police, and many more esteemed individuals dedicated to advancing the mission of Magloclen.
