"I called in to get a quote after reviewing Nik's promo letter. I let him know that my auto was expiring tomorrow and wanted to get a quote for a home/auto bundle. We started discussing my home and there was confusion whether if I needed home or condo. He wanted to call my HOA to verify the type of coverage I needed. I gave him the HOA's number, and he called me once to verify he took it down right. I followed up with a call and an email detailing the coverage I was looking for. I never heard back from him."
