"The ATM machine never works and I bet I rack up $50-$60 a month in fees. The website always has issues and I can never get anyone to answer the phone."
"I love this bank I’m on disability and had different bank accounts but this place is the best they are so helpful and anything I ever need done they make it feel like no problem at all. Seriously this is a great bank and people."
"It was great as united but since they switched its awful. The hours are pathetic! If you need to deposit cash in your account you're going to have to take time off work if you work a Mon-Fri day shift. and dont think you can deposit cash in the "brand new" atm because it does not take cash. And yes they are well aware but do nothing to fix it. Online has gotten worse acts like things clear and then pop up way after the fact. Just a tactic to extort overdraft fees even if you put money in within the hour during business hours to cover it. Customer service LOL .... just no. what is the point of acting like a small town credit union. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs."
"On my grocery day, I’m at the cash register and my debit card is not authorized declined. Yes, I have the money in the account. When I call the customer service department come to find out they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So now my money is seating in my account and I can’t use it all weekend."
"I have had non stop issues. Currently have some issues with being charged for an account I do not have. I have already taken it up with the company and they told me to contact the bank. Hah. They won't answer their phones so I guess I will have to call the fraud number and go through that whole hassle and I'll never see my $100 again. I'm so irritated that I have been on the phone multiple times for over 30 minutes and yet can't ever get a real person. And to top it off, I can't just close my account and leave because I still have a balance on my credit card. And to make matters worse their day doesn't start until after I go to work and ends before I get off work. I only have a 30 minute lunch. I definitely can't eat and drive there, and get this handled and be back to work on time. This is almost worst than the problems Vystar had."
