"A few years ago I was on the fence about this bank due to tech and online banking issues...the employees were always great but the app left something to be desired. Over the past couple years it has really turned around as far as the app and online banking goes....its so much easier to navigate, get up to date information, and the ability to perform needed transactions quickly. As far as the staff is concerned.....they are a great bunch of people. You would think they are family!! I attribute a lot of that to the two managers Karen and Jim. They are customer focused professionals and have created a culture to be proud of in there. Great job Southeastern Kingsland!!"
"So sorry the branch office closed in Woodbine. It had a friendly hometown feel. Drive thru was always a pleasure and so convenient. Now the ATM has so many problems. Not very reliable."

"This bank is awful, I had to cancel a day with my dad in Hinesville to go pay all my bills with checks because their systems was down and I had no deposits come though 6-21-2019. Their IT could not fix the problem before business hours at 170o hrs. I'm so afraid I will go through the full weekend without a dime to my name. What kind of low tech bank are u people. I'm done. I have a better paying job and will have good money in the bank elsewhere."
