Reviews
"If you go to start your service, just know you are going to be charged for a full month of minimums even if its only a week between start and next billing cycle. They don't care to answer questions and they don't care if they tell you the truth when they do answer a question. "You can do a payment plan" or you could have answered my questions when I was standing in front of you asking if I was going to be billed month to month on that date for if there was a set billing cycle. Just out to get a buck from you no matter when you do. Extremely disappointed and ready for the Commissioners meeting on 8/26 at 7PM"
"Rebecca was extremely helpful with getting my account setup. She explained the costs I would pay, and how I the ways I could go about paying my bill. She even allowed me to setup auto draft in the office. While she was assisting me, another gentleman walked in to pay his bill and one of her coworkers assisted him while Rebecca was working on my account. Overall a very good experience"
"Services were shut off , even though I had no bill due yet. Went to the office to request a supervisor and was denied. Asked for contact info for a supervisor and once again was denied. No apology or compassion from the ladies in the office. Was not told an eta for when my services would be cut back on considering they should have never been shut off. Horrible customer service , if I could use another water company I definitely would."
"If I ran a business, it would not be model after Commission of Public Works. The office is very inept, never had any dealing with the field workers, so I can't comment on them. The office post their hour and you go there during those hours and their closed. Don't always answer their phone... maybe on the other line or maybe "closed" when they are posted to be open? Finally what company in this day and age for convenience of their customer and for themselves have a web presents and the ability for their customers to pay bills on online... There are people in the community that can not get out or elderly, handicap etc ... that on-line bill paying would benefit greatly. Just Saying "Commission of Public Works" try stepping into the modern world."
"Sometimes they close with no warning even though they're suppose to be open until 5. When they send someone out to you're house they never let you know they're there or that they've been there and what the findings are. Now they're not answering their phone. It's so frustrating to deal with them. By the way my bill went from $29 to $92. Do you think I got an explanation? No, of course not!"
