During meetings, the Head Commissioner mocks speakers, puts them down and speaks in a very condescending tone towards people. These are not true representatives for the people."

"I paid for services that I'm not receiving. Went in on a Friday and paid for trash and recycle and was told it would be delivered 3-4 days. Call them all day of next week and was told it was getting delivered. Its Friday again and nothing still and they're close for the weekend."

"I contacted the City of Ludowici to replace a stolen trash can. The clerk informed me that it would be a week or two before they could deliver one to my residence. I asked her to suspend the charges, since I would not be utilizing services for that period of time. She very rudely indicated that it was not their policy to do that, and if I had a problem to put it in writing to the Long County Board of Commissioners. I asked who her direct supervisor was, and she told me "the Board." Really? She doesn't have a direct supervisor? Gives rural Georgia a bad name....."

"never have i meet so rude of people, while i was waiting in line some woman (dark brown short hair) supervisior I guess since she was in a office to the left side, was busy talking about some of the employees who were out to lunch, This was very unprofessional in my opinion since I am a customer. Anyway my husband is military so taxes are waved but they wanted me to drive clear back (18) miles just to print one off when all they had to do is look at my husband's vehicle reg to see. Anyway the tax assessors office next door assisted me into printing one off, (very sweet of them) while i was going back this lady (dark haired was outside) she stated "dont' go in being rude" I thought to myself "oh shut up" and walked in and left. This lady was a prune with no life at all.. I hope they vote her out for she was so so rude."
