"Excellent customer service! The facility is clean and the A/C kept us cool during our move. Leasing my unit and navigating the app was super easy. I arrived the day before my move to check everything out and make sure the digital access worked - and it did, for the entry and hallway doors. My unit however, did not. It was after business hours on a saturday. I called anyway, and got prompt professional assistance from the lock company, who conveyed urgency to property management since I had movers/truck scheduled to get me out of my home at 7am the following morning. Management got back to me within an hour of that call and promised to remedy the issue before my move. And they delivered! I would expect any business to fix issues a customer faces, but I was so relieved that they made this happen outside of business ops, literally overnight to make sure I had no issues on move day."

"Don’t waste your time. The storage units are alright but good luck getting into them bc everything works thru an app and there’s absolutely no service so the app doesn’t work, no one works here so there’s no way to bypass it. The idea of the app sounds secure, but it’s ridiculously inconvenient."
