"Never bank with this financial unit as first of all they are not associated with the FDIC which means if the bank goes bankrupt, your money is gone. All their transactions when used outside the state of Georgia goes into this Fraud blocking and when you try to call their number, the supporting staff are the worst you would ever come across. No politeness, racist if they know you are not from this country and never will give you a reason on why the problem has occurred. The drive-through staff are the worst as some of them ask you whether you know how to say in English or read in English. Never ever bank here if this is the last bank to do business with."

"Back when I was 18. They told me on the first time buyer deal they changed the rules and I had to have a co signer because i had no credit. The truck I was looking at back then was valued at 8500. The guy wanted 5500 and I had 3000 down. All they had to loan me was 2500. They denied me. They then gave a friend of mine a loan without a co signer because the vehicle he got was less than 10000."

"We’ve been banking with robins for years now. Lately we have had issues with money missing in our accounts. Coming into the branch to talk with someone is like pulling teeth you check in and they allow people to jump in front of you after waiting over 15 minutes! They have definitely lost customers"

"This is the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. After my father's passing we transferred a car loan to my mother. After not sending us completed signed paperwork, and not completing her tag work, they refuse to issue a new payment book to her. We continue to pay, but they return our payments and then call to say her account is past due. At this point I'm sure the payments aren't being applied correctly. We are not local and they won't even offer us an online option to pay since their employees obviously can't look at an account and link to another account to post a payment."
