"I was given such a hard time just to update my number while out of town. I was told the reason of they're precaution, told her I understood and would just wait to get back in town to update my number. I was still asked personal questions such as, " why now, oh you're not in town right now, you had your account for 2months while giving me my history( which was false because money has been deposited in the account multiple of times). I was very unsatisfied that im not able to handle my personal business while being hospitalized for a month. I was told I can use MY account for my financial needs, as long as it isn't fraudulent. Hate it was a complete call run around of assumptions instead of listening to the customer. And this is conversation with a branch manager."

"Rude staff, always saying what they can’t do instead of helping ppl when we call. Hangs up the phone on customers! Overall bad service constantly for 4 years. Would recommend you hide your money under your bed before entrusting it to these clowns"

"ATM seems is always out of order, my bank card seems to want to tell me how much and how many times I can use, loan officer told me a lie, I was given a $42,000 loan that I paid off in 5 months. I purchased a hoyse. I then asked for $16,000 loan with house as collateral. Jake pointed out a $15 delinquent acct on my report that was there before and denied me. How does this make sense. And my acct wasn't finished in my credits report so it doesn't help my credit score. I have more but you get the jist"

"Worse customer service! Thankfully I only had to use this bank briefly for my job. I finally convinced them to switch to a much friendly and faster bank. Every time I came to this branch I had to wait 10-25 minutes just for a deposit slip. Multiple times they waited on every other car in the regular lines before assisting the suppose to be commercial lines. However regular customer would also go through the commercial line and want to chit chat. That would be fine but the point of the commercial line is that most of us are on a time limit. We only have so much time to get to the bank and back be for the business it supposed to open to the public. Now I will say that one young lady that works in the drive thru line was very fast, efficient, and super friendly. On top of the long waits in line that would wrap out to the street, at least once if not twice a week they would mess the deposit up and I would have to travel back out there again to pick up a corrected slip. Never once did I get I’m sorry, more like I was blamed for pointing out their mistake. I do not recommend this branch. If you can visit the one in Blackshear wayyyyyyy better!"
