"I love my Baxley branch! They've been my bank for 15 years. Everyone is so friendly"
"Couldn’t get local branch phone number from website or 800 number on the website??"
"I have had the worst experience with this bank. They are horrible!!!!! When I found that they had charged my blind husband $95.41 in fees he did not owe and he paid it with his disability, I called and was directed to customer service. Well they couldn’t find any records of where he owed it or paid it. So when I called them back, they said they would call me back and never did. A few days later when I was checking for my stimulus check I see my account is closed. So when I go to the bank the banker tells me that I am -$2.43, which btw had been that way for a while, so she said just to pay it and they will reopen my account. My father in law was a witness. Well now my stimulus shows that it’s been deposited but my account is closed. And yes, there is no record of me paying it is what customer service says. The bank is closed right now so I am praying they don’t send it back. Only when I started telling them that something was not right with the charges did this happen. It looks like this is a retaliation or vendetta."
