"Me and my wife went in to get our taxes prepared as we've done every year with H&R block. Last year we were a bit upset because we found out Mr Charlie cash was no longer there. So we decided to still get them done but this time it was Mrs. Glenda. This would turn out to be a huge mistake! She was so unfriendly to us and seemed to just want to get us out of there. Fast forward to today, we go in without an appointment and the receptionist was very nice to us and we asked if they could accept walk in's since no one else was in there. She told us Glenda might be able see us but she wasn't in at the moment. A few seconds later she comes in from lunch I suppose and first she ask if we have children dependants. That seemed strange to us but we looked past it and she said she would do it. Few seconds later she comes and tells the receptionist that she was going to do it in a very hateful tone. We sat down and things just didn't seem right so we got up and left. We will not be going back to this location again to see Glenda what so ever! I'll go somewhere else where discrimination isn't an issue."

"The location I went to gave me a bad experience. Whoever Glenda is I will not ever go to that location again. She didn't call me to let me know she was finished with them and she entered my husband's social security number wrong so I may get pinged for that. She didn't put my dependents on like I told her to it was just not a good experience with Glenda. Never going to this location ever again"

"I visited this location on Monday December 3,2018 . Sign says open 10-6 I arrived at 4:30 and location was closed. I tried again today which is Thursday, sign states open 10-4 ,I arrived at 1:40 and again the location is closed. There is no sign stating any reason for being closed.this is twice I have wasted my time coming here. I have used this location for the past nine years but I am now unsure if I will continue."
