"Excellent to feel peace and meet with people in the community, the best is that they provide Spanish Masses on Sundays at 1pm. That is very special for me."
"A Beautiful Church built in the late 1800s. Unfortunately the sanctuary had been ruined. The beautiful crucifix that used to be there has been removed. And instead, a monstrosity of a risen Christ (not only is it ugly, but it completely contrasts the architecture and aesthetics of the church building) has been uncovered. It is so out of place, that it distracts from the Mass and personal prayer....so sad"
"I wasn't sure what to rate this as I wasn't sure on a few things. Well the church itself is beautiful. I am out of my element there. I am actually a Christian but I moved here and wanted to go to church more often and it wss the best option out of two. But I don't know there ways or what to do. But I am trying to learn. Maybe staying as a catholic not sure as I'm way too new for it. But I am very sensitive person and I wss trying to follow-the church. I don't know how anything works but the few priest's that I have had a came face to face with in the short time I've been there haven't been very greeting and actually seemed unhappy that I wasn't a catholic and wasn't following things the way they were being done and both mentioned me being catholic and wasn't doing things correctly. A Church goer actually came and made a comment about Something that was done incorrectly and that the priest would get offended. They aren't as open and friendly as Christians. More strict, and into their faith. But it is a very nice church and service. Just wish they would make you fail more welcomed."
"This church is located on Stockton St. off Main St. I donate canned goods to the Blessing Box outside. It has a school next door. They offer several masses daily and also offer Spanish mass as well."
"Good catholic church. Good blend of traditional and contemporary faith. All the priests are open to talk things out from their point of view as experts in the scripture and doctrine but each has something to offer so if one priest does not seem to help keep you on the path try and talk to another...someone will give you that small nugget of knowledge to lead you on the right path."
