"Don’t go here to get passport photos or renewals done! The two people working are the most clueless and incompetent people I’ve ever met. I was denied a passport renewal when I had all my proper documents and was told my American passport didn’t work as proof of citizenship. MY AMERICAN PASSPORT. And to which the person responded, “She’s the passport person and I know what the website says.” I walked out…furious. And went to another post office with no issues and a few weeks later I got my new passport."

"To begin, it's one of the many pivotal focal points of PHILLIPSBURG, NJ! From outside to in, it's absolutely brilliant in design & architecture (you really have to see it in person to believe me)! The employees were energetic & friendly (even though this particuliar branch was rather busy)."

"5 stars for the beautiful historic building and the whole post office area. Very beautiful building. It's smaller comparing to Easton location. Very charming and antique looking inside and outside. I didn't interact with anyone, just dropped off the mail, so can't review customer service. Post office is open till 3 pm on Saturdays which is great. Easton open only till 12 pm on Saturdays. 3 drop off boxes located outside. I just loved this place. So highly recommend to visit. I didn't take much pictures, the place was busy, didn't want to annoy people)))"
