"Do not bring any instrument to Coles music. They are rude and unknowledgable about the work that they claim that they can do. As a matter of fact, your instrument will be in worse condition. Any rebuttal or reply from Coles music is their way to make themselves sound professional when actually they should have no business dealing with instruments and I have other testaments from different customers who felt the same way."
