"Moved from place that power was never in my name in July 2022. Today the woman who uses the water from that address hacked my account and paid her bill out of my checking account. No one local to take calls. Just a call center in India. Take GA out the name and take the name we rob folks just by not caring!"
"I enrolled our smart thermostats in a GA power program but now it is negatively impacting my HVAC units. I called to try to get them out of the program and they say they aren't in the program, but the thermostats will not let me disenroll without GA power approving it..... Not to mention you had me wade through menus upon menus on the phone only to require me to leave a phone number for a 48 hour call-back. If there were other options for power, I'd drop you guys in a heartbeat. Open the market so these folks don't have a monopoly!!!"
