Started to walk away when I called him out on it and told him he owes me 10 because I saw that's all he put in my tank. Then he started acting like he didn't speak English, then started stumbling with words, then got angry, and suddenly spoke English great trying to tell me they ran out of gas. Total scam. They weren't expecting me to look before driving off."
