"Ladies behind the counter get 5 stars, Holly and Anna are wonderful to deal with. Wonderful 3 ladies I can't remember the lady at drive thru name but she is awesome also. Now I gave 2 stars because there is a racist lady in the very corner office of this bank. Poor banking experience other than the ladies up front. Treatment of me was awful yet it's ways to handle customer service issues other than being combative with customers. Overall my experience with front counter was great but the systems in thus bank is trash. Deposit money in ATM and money got stuck. Nobody could do nothing. I had to dang near fuss to get money back. This time I wanted to get a new debit card, but teller couldn't cause their system was down again which meant my money was stuck and could not be used with debit card. With so many issues I just asked to close account which holly did for me but I decided well on second thought just keep it open. And I'll take cash to make it to pay another bill. This lady refused to give my account back because I was unhappy with how service was. If your money keeps being frozen who would not be a little frustrated. Yet I still was trying to be understanding until Mrs. Racism comes out. I have her actions recorded. Other than that the rest of the thomson branch was great and professional."

"My mom cashed a check over $1000 and had to give her social and where she worked. Took 8-10 minutes just to get the check cashed. I would have given them a 5 star if it wasn’t for this... The teller was very nice and professional."

"Went to this Thomson branch to cash a check written by Farmers State Bank account holder. The ladies were all nice and friendly. I didn't feel better comfortable having to give my Social Security number which was required to cash a check over $1,000. Had that not been required, it would have given it 5 * * * * * review! I recommend the bank for use even though I'm not likely to use it again, as I have moved from Thomson and primarily use Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU)"
