"I fell behind on my small storage unit. Over the years, I kept in touch with the guy who runs it. Recently I found out I wasn't going to be able to pay what I owed, so I let them know the situation again. They put a lock on my unit so I simply asked if I could come get legal documents and photos of my late grandmother and my daughter. He has a guy that literally sits in the Cream Ridge location all day long. I asked if I could maybe meet someone there to at least get those out and he very ignorantly, in a few words, said that "I've given you plenty of time to make good on your promises and refuse to do this." While I understand they have a business to run, I wasn't asking for anything from the unit except legal documents and photos that are going to be thrown out and burned. When the unit is sold, the buyer is gonna lose money on it. But to be heartless and not even allow me to get those and was so ignorant with his response. I used to praise them for being understanding but at this point they're privileged silver spoon owners. And I don't care if they see this."

"I have been renting a unit here for two years. The owners are wonderful, very kind. The premises are always neat and clean. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. They will always be #1 to me."

"Staff if always helpful and courteous. Prices are reasonable and competitive. I have outdoor RV storage here in the past and now have a standard unit at the Browns Mills location. Units are clean and the facility seems secure."

"We've been customers for this establishment for over a year, and we were finally ending our contract. We cleaned out our unit and used the nearby dumpster on the premises. It stated no public dumping, so I thought it meant others that do not rent from this location. Instead of explaining this to me, the owner yelled and was very rude on the phone. I had to pause him mid sentence to say it was a reasonable mistake. Never meant a more entitled owner. Owner is not friendly. Do Not recommend. Go to the one closer to military base, much better."

"This place is amazing!!! On my arrival I planned on just renting a storage space. My coolant hose blew to my engine and my car overheated right in front of this storage facility. I went in opened Define my lease agreement to run out of storage space then call AAA. I had to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle and into my storage space not being able to drive my vehicle they allowed me to use their golf cart. This company takes a personal interest in customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers. If we had more people in the world like the employees at this business the world would be a better place. Thank you for everything and you can count on my repeat business"
