"The inspection lanes need more training they would fail you for anything you ask them to back what they’re failing you for they won’t provide proof they just say I’m the inspector here what a joke then call for a supervisor they will all come to the lane and put they’re professional knowledge what a joke GET TRAINING!!!!"

"What a awful experience the lady behind counter was disgustingly rude. She shouldve been fired she walked away midway through conversation and was extremely rude. She sent out another man who handled everything perfect. Let them old miserable people go"

"Very long lines, rude counter people, The inspection lane takes forever to get through no matter what day you go to, there’s a specific guy there his name is Dennis you just hope to God that you’re not in his lane, he takes so long for an inspection and he just sits and talks for over 20 minutes after I inspect the vehicle I’ve noticed that in several times that I’ve been through his lane. I own several vehicles and anytime I am in the inspection in his lane it is always five times slower than any other lane next to it. There is no accountability in this place they are government employees that do not care about our time as consumers"

"No happier place on Earth than the Wilmington Motor Vehicle Division. A lot has changed since the old days of needing to bring your own car. Now ever customer gets a brand new Tesla. Still people grumble because the state picks the color. You have no choice! Socialism! Hate it! I wanted dark blue and i got navy. Furthermore, the deep Delaware State only gave me 5 USB ports in the car. This is the height of oppressive government!"

"It is honestly a pleasure to do any task at the Delaware DMV. I came here from out of state, and was blown away by the level of customer service. The Delaware DMV, at least this office, is far from your typical DMV. The woman (I regret I do not remember her name) who served me help me to the extent that she made phone calls for me. The service I'm used to, they would hand you a piece of paper with a number on it and tell you to deal with it yourself. Also the line moves super fast. It's nice to see other people have rated Delaware DMV pretty highly too."
