"In a digital age, it’s particularly nice to receive a card. Walking inside this well run hallmark store to find just the right sentiment is a surprisingly pleasant experience. The shop is well run, has an extensive selection of cards and gifts, but most importantly, has a friendly and helpful staff. Certainly there are other places one can pick up a card, but considering the demise of customer service in so many other places, it’s just nice to be treated with courtesy and appreciated as a customer. I don’t mind spending a little more for a positive shopping experience."
