"My first and last time at this Sephora. I honestly don’t shop there. I was looking for a makeup line that they carry but they only had two to three products. The salesperson was not helpful and told me to go down to Kohl’s in Marlton (Sephora), if I can’t get it which I knew I couldn’t because I went there first. She told me to try Cherry Hill. I had already wasted gas money. Sephora may have a lot of products but they have very little diversity in those products. Never Again?!!!"
"My ten year old granddaughter, absolutely loves this store. She loves that she accumulates points towards gifts. Not inexpensive but it's worth it to see the excitement and joy it brings her."
"Rude employee As I was testing samples of cologne and making a stack of them for when I was finished to throw them out. Young girl employee comes barging around the corner and says “there’s a trash can you know” not giving me time to explain what I was doing and scurries away."
"Went in to get a shade match on a foundation I already had a mind. Adriana was super helpful, worked fast, didn’t push a million other products but was insightful and had great suggestions- I ended up buying the foundation even though I wasn’t planning to today! Most important for me she made me feel comfortable and confident during the experience. I know some people feel judged at beauty stores and I never really have a problem even bare-faced and disheveled lol but I did feel she had a special touch. The store was clean and well stocked and the other employees were nice also. I wish all Sephora locations had employees like her!!"
"I am a frequent shopper and I make a lot of online purchases. I went into Sephora today to make a return. My cashier was an older women with short blond hair and glasses. I put my items down in front that I wanted to purchase and let her know I have some returns to make first. And she responded with “ofcourse you do”. I was in shock!!! Her disgusting rude attitude bothered me the whole day. Why is it any of her concern what I buy and return. It’s not coming out of her pocket and I’m well within my rights as a customer to return any item that didn’t work for me. Nonetheless I will be complaining to the store manager and corporate."
