"Thank you Mike for your useful tips and helpful policy knowledge! I was interested in knowing a little more about my recent Apple Watch purchase and possibly terminate my plan. Mike gave me a few options and when I decided to return the watch he was patient and still had a smile on his face. He mention since it was shipped to me (ordered online from a T-Mobile store) and within the 14days of purchase I could avoid a restocking fee, have a label emailed to me, and the plan could be cancelled the same day! So I called 611 right there and then and it was all true! I even received a refund for the taxes I paid on it. Thank you Mike for your patience, useful knowledge, and willingness to help!"

"Shoutout to MIKE who sold me a phone by promising that there was a promotion that took $800 off the sale price, no trade in required. That never happened! I made it crystal clear to Mike that I wanted to pay the phone in full and not carry a balance. Again, I wanted to pay in full and wasn’t in search of any deals or interested in price haggling!!!!.. Easy sale, with every available add-on accessory included. This morning I received my first statement.. The remaining balance that I paid was applied, but the $800+ was added as a monthly installment. I was fine with the phone and service I had. Sad that I couldn’t have made the transaction any easier but someone was dishonest so they could close a sale in the way most beneficial to them, T-mobile the company, and not the customer. Pick another location, buy online or choose different service provider. I should have completed the sale online rather than going into the store and being lied to. Thank you, Mike"

"Quite possibly the most unprofessional, immature, offensive, and overall rude experience I have ever had at ANY phone store. The employee who “helped” was dismissive, disconnected, and had no concept of customer service or customer experience. His primary concern was the way customers leaving had dressed, his ‘other’ job, and how long these processes take. At one point he spoke to us like children as we started the data transfer and said “go to shoprite and walk around”. We left, and were told everything was set for us, but when we got home, the new phone prompted us for the old phone, which of course was reset and at the store. Pick a different T-Mobile store. The one on the blvd is a way better option than this mess of a location."
