"We have had really good experiences with this place until today, on September 27, 2022. Today, they came and shut our water off. We were confused, as we were certain we paid our water bill. Onvy, to no fault of them we didn't. We called to see how much it was, and they told us it was $112. We have been renting this house for a few months now and NEVER has our water bill been that high, also, there are two houses on our property that share the exact same address, so we asked if they were sure that it was us and not the house behind us. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude to my husband, and her words were:"You're the only person we have listed at that address so yes it's you." In the rudest tone ever. We said thank you and hung up. Please note that we did not receive a bill OR a notice that we hadn't paid, and that's what threwus off, so first and foremost, this whole situation was no fault of us. Had they done their job correctly, this whole situation could've been avoided. Do better."
