T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

"I went to this store with an issue with my cellular connection when not connected to WiFi. There was NO ONE ELSE in the store & 3 associates there. The associate I spoke to was very demeaning, unwilling to help & did the bare minimum (reset network settings) & sent me on my way telling me there was nothing else he could do because my phone must need to be upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 15. He never accessed my account or looked into anything. What he did fixed nothing so I called T-Mobile directly. They were phenomenal & found an obvious problem & fixed it over the phone. Obviously, the brick & mortar locations are only looking for commission…suggest you call T-Mobile directly for any issue as they are much more responsive & pleasant."

"Very under trained employees. Asked a couple of questions about my T mobile account and the 2 employees looked at each other and giggled. I said forget it, I'll just call T mobile and they answered all my questions. All I wanted to know was how to return my home internet box and a balance of what I owed.. I've been with t mobil forever and love the service. .avoid this branch"
